Offering luxury accessible holiday accommodation for families, the house is just a few minutes walk to shops and the beach. Park your car when you arrive and stroll everywhere.

In Summer, you are just a few minutes from the beach. While in Winter, laze by the log fire on the huge couch and choose from dozens of DVDs and games. Barwon Heads is 90 minutes from Melbourne in the Bellarine Peninsula, near the start of The Great Ocean Road.

Electric hi-lo bed. There are two single hi-lo beds that are placed together to form a split king bed. There are collapsible side rails on either side of the king set-up. These rails can be moved to have a single bed with rails on both sides for stays a week or longer. Hi-lo lift as well as knees, feet and head adjustable as well as vibrational massage feature. (Note the massage function must not be used if you have a pacemaker.) There is also a Trendelenburg option. The light and airy open plan kitchen/dining/living area includes a large broadband free WiFi, a large TV and Sonos speaker. Best of all, snuggle up on the massive 8-seater lounge suite with a log fire in winter. Also, dozens of DVDs and board games to keep you entertained.

The yard is secure with a lockable gate and high fencing. Perfectly private landscaping, along with a large covered entertaining space. Large oak table with seating for 8. Large BBQ for outdoor cooking too. There is also an outdoor heated shower for rinsing the sand off when returning from the beach.

Second living zone: ideally suited for kids

A separate, cozy, fun-filled living area has another TV with built-in DVD, heaps of books, games and DVDs. (For your little ones, a porta-cot, high chair and potty is also provided). All to ensure you have a few minutes of peace!

The tidal river two blocks from 100 Hitchcock is absolutely perfect for this activity. Gentle waves and not too deep.

From toddlers to teens, worn-out parents, kid-free parents and couples, you are spoilt for choice with things to do and see.
