It is a fabulous place for a summer holiday by the beach or a cozy winter getaway by the fire. Situated just 5 kilometres from the beautiful, coastal town of Apollo Bay, which offers shopping, farmers markets, gallery, cinema, and a selection of restaurants and cafes.
The ramp access to the property is at a 1:14 ratio. Access to the deck is via a sliding door. Inside is all level access so there is no need to negotiate any tricky steps.
An open plan kitchen and living room, with timber floors. This ensures self-propelling a wheelchair or using a walker easily. Bench height is 850 mm making wheelchair access slightly easier.
Master Bedroom: The Queen Bed is facing the ocean. There is a ceiling track in place to be used by guests who can provide their own portable hoist and sling.
Bedroom 2: A smaller bedroom with two single beds.
Bathroom facilities: An open plan bathroom and toilet. Level access, open shower with horizontal and vertical rails and handheld shower. Fold-down bench seat or shower stool available for use. The shower commode is also available upon request.
Toilet: Disabled height toilet with rails on the right side of the toilet. Easy access from the front or left side of the toilet.
