An Occupational Therapist specialising in home modifications led the design of the renovation of this accessible beach house with discreet accessible features. Catering for high accessibility needs, the property is wheelchair accessible throughout with widened doorways, a modern level entry ensuite bathroom, designer grab rails, and accessible appliances. A range of disability equipment is available including an in-built recessed single-track ceiling hoist and electric single adjustable bed.

This stylish home has been recently renovated to sleep 10-12 in 4 bedrooms with an optional front lounge conversion to a 5th bedroom. It boasts open plan living, high-end kitchen appliances, large outdoor covered deck leading to the sun-soaked garden, split system heating and cooling, Wi-Fi, and 50” smart TV.

This accessible beach house is a large entertainer designed for a relaxing getaway, close to beaches, shopping areas and the Torquay town centre. It caters for families and kids with a huge north-facing backyard garden, toys, cubby house, and mini-cricket pitch. Torquay is located 95 kilometres South West of Melbourne.
